Love this Christmas!

In light of my very first Thanksgiving Day (Yay!) I’d like to share with you the Christmas Project we are currently working on.

This year is one of the best years I’ve had, with all the transitions (being single to being a Mrs., moving to the other side of the world to pursue love, among other things), blessings, love and support I have received. I don’t think I can ever thank the Lord enough for all of these.  Although I have annual Christmas programs that I support, I want to be more aggressive this year, so that I can help YOU receive more and more blessings the way I did, simply by sharing what you already have to our less fortunate brothers and sisters. It’s really an ideology I’ve had ever since I started giving back— I actually become more blessed by being a blessing to others.

This year, Joseph Feeding Mission is targeting to make 1,000 families and children experience a happier Christmas by giving away Christmas Meal Bags and Children’s Toy Bags. Our beneficiaries are  the street kids at Baseco and Payatas, the orphans at Nayon ng Kabataan, the lolos and lolas (grandparents) at Home for the Aged, and the prison inmates at the Correctional Institute for Women.

Each Meal Bag (that will feed a family of 5) costs P300.00 (roughly about 7usd), and each toy bag costs P150.00 (3.5usd). With all the gifts you’ll buy and parties you’ll attend, I hope you’ll spare just a little amount so that others can experience God’s love on Christmas Day.

I promise you this— YOU’LL BE MORE BLESSED AS YOU DECIDE TO BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS. 🙂
