Janina and Team Fete are in a league of their own when it comes to Wedding Coordination. Our October 2024 wedding in Poughkeepsie, NY included three ceremonies—a Catholic Nuptial Mass, a Chinese Tea Ceremony, and an evening Written Vow Exchange Ceremony. Janina handled every detail with calm, care, and expertise. From the first consultation, she made us feel supported and like family, even taking extra time to work with my mom on incorporating Filipino traditions into our Catholic ceremony.
On the eve of our wedding, it hit me how overwhelming everything was—but thanks to Janina, all the critical details were already perfectly handled. Her organization and experience kept our timeline and logistics completely on track. On the wedding day itself, Janina was our steady rock, making sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. Mares, Bianca, and Janis were my pillars of support, helping with my wedding attire, cathedral veil, and even keeping an eye on my bridesmaid’s daughter. King was a rockstar, seamlessly transporting items between venues—including the gift I got for my husband that I forgot at our hotel.

Even without detailed staging instructions, they brought my vision to life—it felt like they knew my Pinterest boards by heart and read my mind. Every detail was seamless and beautiful, and the photos speak for themselves. Our guests and wedding party couldn’t stop raving about how much fun they had, and my husband and I were so relieved to see everyone relaxed and enjoying the day. Janina’s team even made sure we ate and rested between events, which meant everything to us.
Midway through our wedding day, my mom unexpectedly became ill and had to rest during the evening ceremony and reception. Janina immediately stepped in and made thoughtful, last-minute adjustments to our timeline so everything continued smoothly—ensuring my dad could still share our father-daughter dance and that our evening events felt just as meaningful. Her calm leadership during such an emotional moment meant the world to us and made my mom so incredibly happy. Two months later when my mom passed away, Janina personally attended her memorial service and comforted our family with her presence and prayers.
